Love Blooms Here Plaza

Love Blooms Here Plaza is an initiative of Homan Grown, a low-profit corporation that seeks to provide retail and skill building opportunities in North Lawndale within the greening industry. The plaza includes a flower farm with a large variety of annuals, a pergola designed and built by an Eagle Scout Troop, a "living wall" donated by the Art Institute of Chicago along the north fence and three shipping containers, one of which is the new location of the Lawndale Pop-Up Spot, a community museum featuring exhibits by and for the community of North Lawndale.
