The CAC's call center is open 9am-5pm daily.
Please note, the Center is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. It closes early at 3pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

PARKING
The closest parking garage is located at 111 East Wacker Drive. If you are driving to the CAC, please be prepared to enter our garage at the 111 E Wacker Drive entrance. The entrance at S Water Street is currently closed due to construction.
CAC guests and members receive a discount on parking at this garage for up to 4 hours. YOU MUST GET YOUR PARKING TICKET STAMPED at the CAC Box Office or the dockside CFL River Cruise box office. The parking garage is open 24/7.
Several other public parking garages are available in the River North and Loop neighborhoods. SpotHero can help you find a good deal.
